The history of Balboni
The history of Antonino Balboni begins in the workshop constructed in part of his family home in the early part of 1970. For Antonino this was the first real step to create a small company. By 1987 his sons had joined the company to assist him, and provided a high level of competence and energy. Year by year they gained accumulated knowledge, experience and prestige. Within 30 years Antonino Balboni’s name was already synonymous with COUPLINGS and associated products. 2006 saw the establishment of “BALBONI S.r.l.”, and 2010 will see the 40th anniversary of the company.
What we do
We plan and develop power transmission components to meet the requirements of our clients; they are produced by meticulously following the entire manufacturing process from the raw material to delivery to the customer. Our modern manufacturing facility and company headquarters in Renazzo, containing state of the art CNC lathes, and numeric control machining centres, enables us to provide a rapid response to enquiries at competitive pricing.
 What we have achieved
Our success in producing couplings, bell-housings, spacer rings and hydraulic components represent what Balboni is today. Important co-operations with engine manufacturers, die-casting foundries, ship builders and the automotive industry are excellent examples of the scope of our work.
